Shipping policy

Estimated delivery time:
All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) upon receipt of your order confirmation email. After shipment, delivery times are typically 2-3 business days for West Malaysia and 4-7 business days for East Malaysia. Delays may occur due to uncontrollable factors such as order surges or courier issues. In rare cases, if you do not receive your product within 20 days, please contact support@varoninc.my, and we will promptly assist you.
Shipping cost:
Free delivery is available for orders totaling 999 MYR or more; otherwise, a shipping fee of 599 MYR will be charged.
Delivery Location:
Currently, we deliver to Malaysia. We are unable to ship to PO boxes, BFPO, or APO addresses. Please provide your actual residential address. Note: Please confirm your shipping address before completing the order. If you need to modify the shipping address due to special circumstances, send an email to our customer service mailbox within 48 hours after payment, and our customer service team will follow up promptly.
Mode of transportation:
We will use Flash Express for shipping. During the shipping process, we will ensure all components until they are delivered to you. If your package cannot be shipped, Flash Express will deliver the package to the postal address. If no one is at home during delivery, they will attempt to deliver it the next day (excluding weekends). Don't worry. You can request to have the package delivered to the nearest Flash Express collection point. Flash Express will leave a card containing detailed information about the location of the pickup point. If you make other arrangements with Flash Express, such as leaving the package at the door, the package will no longer be guaranteed. We will not be responsible for the package if it is lost or stolen.
How to check the order status?
After your order is shipped, we will send you an email containing the tracking details to allow you to check the order status. The tracking information may take up to 48 hours to be updated. If you do not receive this information for any reason, please send an email to support@varoninc.my, and we will update you on the order progress. What should I do if I receive a damaged package?
If you notice any damage to the package upon receipt, please send an email to support@varoninc.my promptly, including your order number and photos of the product's condition, then refuse the package. We will address these issues based on your specific situation.
